“Three individuals have been charged with assaulting a peace officer. A fourth individual was charged with obstruction of a peace officer,” Calgary Police said.
Calgary Police made multiple arrests after pro-Palestine protesters blockaded Macleod Trail. The organizer of the protest stated that the police had threatened to deploy tear gas. Tensions reached a new height as protesters demanded the release of those arrested.
